The Story
Presh has built three niche health tracking apps that together generate $120K/year ($10K/month). His apps include GoPolar (cold plunge & sauna tracking), SunSeek (morning light exposure & vitamin D), and Posture AI (posture correction for desk workers).
What makes Presh's approach unique is that every app solves a problem he personally experiences. He grew up with his mom teaching him about meditation and wellness, and he's always been passionate about health tracking. When he couldn't find a good app to track his cold plunge sessions, he built one himself.
Presh dropped out of college after realizing school wasn't for him. He cold-emailed entrepreneurs and investors he found on Twitter and podcasts, landing a job at an angel investment firm where he spent 7 years watching thousands of founders pitch their products. This gave him the confidence to know he could do it too.
His strategy is brilliant: all three apps serve the same health-conscious audience, so users of one app often become users of his other apps. No need to build a new audience from scratch - he's cross-selling to existing customers who already trust him.
